From survival toward stability, connection, and self-trust
From survival toward stability, connection, and self-trust
If you are living with complex PTSD, you may feel like your nervous system is always on edge — bracing for something, even when you can’t name what it is. You might notice patterns in relationships, waves of anxiety or shame, or a deep exhaustion from constantly holding it all together. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
Healing from developmental or relational trauma begins with safety. My trauma-informed approach focuses on gently helping your nervous system move out of survival mode and into a steadier, more regulated state. When the body begins to feel safer, meaningful healing can unfold.
I specialize in working with adults healing from complex and relational trauma. My integrative approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, somatic-based practices, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and EMDR. Our work is collaborative and intentionally paced. We honor the protective strategies that once helped you survive, while creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
The name Passiflora reflects this philosophy. Traditionally known for its calming properties, the passionflower symbolizes steadiness and restoration — the kind of healing that happens gradually, safely, and with care.
