You’ve worked hard to get to where you are, but something is missing that you can’t put your finger on. You may be here because you are repeating the same patterns in your relationships- which leave you feeling stuck, you are feeling anxious, you are experiencing burnout and/or fatigue, you are feeling disconnected, or finding it difficult to slow down. No matter how much you self-reflect, learn, and grow- you can’t seem to shift things. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I work with adults who are used to holding it all together. You may be building a career, navigating the demands of work and family, entering a new stage of adulthood, or simply trying to make sense of why life doesn’t feel the way you expected it to. Clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, relational challenges, burnout, or a life transition. Often, these patterns are connected to unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or a nervous system running on autopilot. Our work together is about more than changing behaviors or thought patterns– it’s about understanding your nervous system, healing attachment wounds, and changing how you relate to the world around you. I work with adults in Washington state, offering tele-health mental health services.
Whether you are navigating the burnout of parenthood, the demands of a corporate career (I’ve been there too), the uncertainty of a recent change or life transition, the frustration of repeating relational patterns, the demands of a high-stress job, or the pressure of being a young adult finding their place in the world, you don’t have to keep carrying all of this on your own. Therapy can be a space to unpack these experiences and begin to understand them, creating a life that feels more aligned, connected, and grounded. A life where you can just be. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for help.
The name Passiflora reflects this philosophy. Traditionally known for its calming properties, the passionflower symbolizes steadiness and restoration — the kind of healing that happens gradually, safely, and with care.
